Daz Assets

Friends after i gather assets for DAZ3D i am having trouble locating and properly installing the new assets into Daz. I am on a Windows 10 machine if that matters. How do i install newly downloaded assets. Please remember that this is my first fun at doing anything on DAZ so please treat me as so and dummy the process down for me.. lol

The info you're looking for is about 8:30 into the video. It doesn't seem to say how to install 3rd party acquired assets though. At least not that I saw bouncing around the video.

Okay so I put my 3rd party content into "My Library" or "My Daz 3D Library".

Even when I create a category from a folder in the content library pane and even if the assets are displayed in the smart content one, when I try to merge the assets into the scene it won't read them.

Please help...
