This little misunderstanding about who is really the main character of the game (father or daughter)
got me thinking about how words can have confusing meaning.
Originally DMD characters had names, and the story followed the author's story about dating his daughter. A wise decision was made to allow the player to immerse themselves into the game by supplying their own name for the MC, and freedom to choose a name for the daughter.
But despite the character name changes the game title still suggests that we the player, are dating the author's daughter "dating my daughter" If the title had changed to "dating your daughter" it would have opened the door to even more ambiguity.
The Daughter is clearly the leading lady, hence the confusion about "main character" the faceless father has until now, been more of a prop, from my male perspective. Interesting to see @jillgates viewpoint... looking closer at the father. Rather than being just a prop, or an extension of the player, if you will. i'm forced to rethink the entire game from the daughter's perspective.. dating my father, or dating your father, the possibilities are endless.
Looking back at all the author's hard work developing the main character, giving his back story, I'm almost ashamed to admit that I was distracted by boobs.

OK, so I decided to take another stab at Elena.
First off, I have to admit that I made a couple of bad calls with Elena in previous posts. Specifically:
- I was recommending Emilia Hair (which IS fairly close). But she's actually sporting Jolina hair. The Default Load for Jolina Hair for G3F with brown coloring was pretty much dead on...
- I was also recommending a freckle product, when the RYJeanne(Default G3F) textures already have what you need. I'm on board with the Default G3F textures now...
I'll need to edit my previous posts, essentially adding a 'never mind' to the top of those posts where I discuss this. I feel bad about possibly sending some of y'all off on wild goose chases, but then when trying to recreate figures yeah stuff like this happens. I humbly apologize!
Now, some Kudos:
BTW, I tried both NGV7 and Golden Palace Gens on Elena.
- She's definitely sporting Golden Palace Genitals (the shape matches pretty much perfectly what we see when Elena and Jennifer are having fun at the hotel).
So, I tried these combos out, they look good, but certain things were nagging at me. They were close, but to my eyes anyways, a few things seemed to be slightly off... Specifically, Elena's ass looks all wrong, and her boobs weren't quite there either. And the face proportions seemed slightly off (nose to mouth to chin mainly)
Anyways, here's where I'm at currently with Elena Take 2...
(btw Kudos to f95zoneuser463 for his version of D, which is based on some of Rich's guidance. Pictured here with maybe a couple of tweaks).
Short form:
G3F Base, G3F Base Textures (including eyes).
70% Teen Josie 7 Head
100% Kimmy Body (!)
75% Teen Josie Body
35% Youth Morph
Figure rescaled to 86% (offsets shortness, keeps stockiness)
-5% Height
100% Youth Posture, Youth Proportions Adjust
-100% Youth Head Proportions, Youth Shape Narrow,
-50 Youth Head Neutralize Controller
100% Teen Josie Body Slim, Teen Josie Face Slim
-100% Body Thin (adds some weight back on, keeps the Josie Slim proportions)
-75% Face Length
-35% Nose Height
15% Nose Angle Down -15%(may back off on this one a bit more)
Numerous body adjustments. Will share the .duf in a bit, once I've tested it in a few poses and if I'm happy with where things are shaking out.
The only major skin texture tweak is all Skin translucency Set to 55%, Skin Translucency color Slightly Dark Red (upper right corner of color chart, darkness slider 25% down). Also, used the Iray Uber Base shader on the entire figure.
I did try the Tanned Skins from the Wet and Tanned skins, but it didn't look right to me. I'd probably darken the diffuse color slightly instead if I cared, but I think it's mostly the lighting that is making her skin look more tan. The Translucency change is already doing a pretty good job here.
Anyways, how does she look to you guys?

OK, I'll start with the last one and work up.
You don't appear to have the Golden Palace genitals. If you do, but they are installed elsewhere on your system (I have them in My Library), you can ignore the message, delete the gens, and then re-apply the Golden Palace genitals from wherever you have them installed.
You can make do with other genital sets (New Genitals Victoria 7, default Daz genitals from Vic 7 Pro, etc.), they just won't match exactly.
Shape Shift is a Zev0 morph pack. Pretty sure it's this one:

Measure Metrics isn't important. I didn't realize I left some measuring tools behind - if these show up in your asset tree simply delete them. They will have an 'I Beam' symbol.
The HSTW morphs are from the Handspan Studios Genesis 3 Morph Resource kits:

The GenX morphs I'm not sure on. There is a GenX2 product, but I'm baking a rather resource intensive render at the moment so I'll need to look into the file structure once that's done.
In the meantime, this should get you started r.e. tracking down the other morphs.
I'm still not 100% happy with the model (may have made her head a bit too big), but once I get Elena dialed in a tiny bit better, I may just go the '.obj morph' route, so that people don't have to track down the morphs I'm using.

Ok, I just need Vicky model and textures. Everything else I already got it.
I want try dad etc just waiting for a computer. Are there any trial versions of the software or do I need to purchase?
Also I love the characters but when adjusting shapes to get d for example can you see with the programs what actual real life height you would end up on? D always looks tiny in stature in game mode

The basic Daz Studio package is free, but you'll need to provide an email and a physical address in order to download and register the product.
As for D, you'll probably need to find a few additional assets to use her. You can buy these at the Daz store.
There's also an Art Assets section in this forum, that might be worth checking if you are looking for other options for art assets.
As for actual height, etc. yeah Daz doesn't have a way to do that directly, but you can create a 'box' with suitable dimensions and segments (say 6 feet with six segments). There's also

Ingame? Definitely less than 5 feet tall. How much less I don't know, but I trust the dimensions of the D model I use that was shared earlier in this thread. It looks right to me. Checking that model with the measuring stick I linked earlier, it shows 4'10"
About 7" of that is boobies... :angel:

There are morph dials in Daz Studio that do that. They are usually part of various morph packages (in this case, if you are using one of the models here, you'd need Genesis 3 Female morphs).
You can make anything from subtle to radical adjustments using the morph sliders. Also, you can 'mix and match' multiple girls to come up with something different, although if you go too hog wild with mixing gals, things start to look weird...

Most are available through the Daz3D site, plus there are a few free morph collections/packages on Renderosity and ShareCG. (Look up Sickleyield Morphs)

So, someone was asking in the other thread about Georgina and her hair.
I rendered a 'baseline' using Lystra, with a few tweaks to make her look a bit older, and I used Jolina textures because the Lystra textures were oddly colored...
Also, I used Christina hair, it looks like a close match, and might possibly be the right hair.
This feels to me like additional tweaks may be needed, or that Lystra might not be a good match, but it looks fairly close anyways.
Hopefully someone can figure out how Georgina is actually put together.
