Identify Dark souls platformer (old game)

I think it was one of the first hentai game I played many years ago, downloaded from TPB as had no idea about F95 or anything in general to be honest

Had similar bonfire and estus mechanics, I think cum was an important topic, but I could be making it up..

Possibly from DLSite, now thinking back it had that style and completeness to it, and maybe a pixelated look? Can't remember, but I'd love to play it again as I never managed to finish it

Unfortunately is none of these, I'd say Sinisistar looks the most similar to what I'm searching for, but there was no girl on the left at all times. It was a more traditional 2D platformer. I remember the map was quite vertical, you had to go up and down a lot on platforms, but purely the genre is similar to Blasphemous I'd say. Thank you for your suggestions nonetheless!
