It doesn't show any error pop-ups and neither it asks to launch steam

Did you also extract content of CyndyV11FX.7z file also before applying crack? (Steam related files in that archive)

There is a "How to play" page/section in the Game ( options Menu from Main Menu ). That will teach you the basics. The rest, there is guidance in the game ( When you need something, the game will tell you what you need ).

I don't think it will run.
Unreal engine games requiere a dedicated GPU ( Amd, Nvidia, or Intel ).
From what I can see, you are running your display on the CPU.
But, give it a try...
