Can't remember my choices without replaying but as far as how many girls there are, you can have sex with 2.

Christine is the MC's girlfriend and she has a sister you can leave the girlfriend for.

Like I said, you can end up with both but they will never be together, they live in their own homes and you spend time at each house. There are no threesomes.
