Useless grinding like the need for food, sleep, shower, smoking is not missing, but it would be better it was missing.

I mean, this game has wonderful art and an intriguing story in Alex's sexual awakening...

...no need to dilute the story with booooooring useless grinding.

Besides some bugs are known since day one and still unfixed...

Agree about bugs, but not with part about grind.
The author made it possible in the built-in cheats to draw as much money as you want (250 thousand was enough for me). And this removes a significant part of grind. Other variables are closely related to the development of the plot, drawing, for example, courage = 30, you will inevitably break the development of the plot of the game, so here you have to be patient. Besides, eating, showering, and smoking are not tasks that take a lot of time. Perhaps I've adapted, but I don't notice them.
So the grind in the game is quite mild. If your only desire is to see sex, OK, download porn videos. Preferably gonzo style, there's no plot there. But it's not a set of porn videos, it's a game.
Besides, if you've played games with really senseless and merciless grind, where grind is present for the sake of grind (Tangled Up, Foot of the Mountain, Jen's Dilemma, Sun City), you'd be able to appreciate the gentle grind in this game.

What does OTN and ZNAK represent? I assume OTN is desire or something close to that but I can't figure out ZNAK.

I'd almost forgotten. ZNAK (Знак) can simply mean a sign, a designation of some object or subject.

It's a bug, it's well known, it's been mentioned here more than once in the discussion. No solution options have been proposed, probably we will have to wait for the next update.
