Just because i will go down with you, does not mean blackmail is not am option.
If you have more to lose or if you care more than i do.....you can be potentially blackmailed. It is like sexual harrasment, based on victim's mindset .
In the case of your mc's staff. A secretary that is coverong up your misuse of drugs, use of experimental drugs or just abuse of patients, will still not be punished as severly. So for example: secretay's son owes gambling debts. Secretary wants you to take a client you don't want or to alter behavior of a client to her advantage
A few reasons, a trusted staff member might betray you. I look at the potential to abuse the pharma, since this is a game about control

this actually doen't have to be a game about control while there is plans for making a heavy control route. there is also plans for a completley altruistic route

Could not find the game engine on 1st post!! Have you decided on it?? cause the type of engine also dictates how the game is gonna be shaped.

Has anyone ever thought about doing parodies of old TV shows? Dark Angel would be a good TV show to base an RPG or even a VN on. Charlie's Angels would be another one. Lost Girl would make an interesting VN or RPG. There's a ton of ideas just waiting to be discovered. Don't limit yourself, or you will always sell yourself short. Best way to start? Watch some old espisodes of shows you think might interest you. Get a feel for the characters, and then try to put them into a game.

I have a good feel for the basis of the game thats not what this thread is about, i've already started its creation. i am really collecting ideas for bit characters that will be in it as progression mechanism and a few more ideas for significant characters that would integrate into the story world as i have outlined it thus far. the key theme being human behaviour therapy and sexual disorder

Alright i am suddenly torn. i was trolling through Imagefap and pornpics for more useable media for my game and i stumbled uppon another actress ( cause she has a seen with the actress whom i picked to play Mother ) and after looking at some of her photo shoots i am not sure about who i picked to be sister anymore.
Knowing that sister starts out kinda bitchy and fucked up cause of her past I had originally picked Satin Bloom as she had lots of content with resting bitch face. however Adriana Chechik has some resting bitch face is a little bit more girl next door in appearance has at least 1 scene with India Summers ( mother ) and has a lot of fun and Sub content too id like some opinions or even alternates if people wouldnt mind

An Idea I barely see in games is how other characters react to your relationships in game IE how would a friend / neighbor react to seeing the MC and a family member doing something. Could you try to hide it? , what happens if you get caught? , do you have to time your actions in game or do small little changes to the environment to not get caught?

yah i'm in the same boat as you. Adriana has more of a sisterly look where as satin looks like she is just a little stuck up rich girl in a lot of her pictures. also Adriana has a few shoots with Reily Reid who would make an excellent BFF character and its not out of the realm of reason to think a woman who has been through what the Sister character has been through would seek comfort solace and release from a female. hmm wheels are turning

while there is no plans to hiding things in the house yet ( dosent mean there can't be - especially to shake things up once sister and or mom starts feeling comfortable with life ) but there are talks and plans to have jeapordizing situations in the work place. again that wont be until arc 2 once the ball is rolling. and ofcourse thats only going to be if you are doing unethical things. remember you will be able to play the good guy if thats what you want ( there will still be lots of opportunity for naughty bits even if you are the good guy )
one of the event chains i have planned involves a mistress at a domme house long story short you will be able to get to know her learn about being a domme and eventually practice your craft on her employees and maybe even patrons you will be able to engage in either a monogamous or open relationship with her, you will be able to leave it at that or start collecting personal slaves. and you will be able to do all this with or without an incestuous relationship with mom and or sister. the major underlying plan is freedom to complete the game as you want with three major principals of playstyle Altruist Harem King or Dom. though they are all blendable the altruist would help people without taking anything for himself from his clients and or family. the harem kind is all about collecting his trophies and the Dominant is all about exerting his influence on others

Not that I rarely ever pay attention to signatures. I don't feel like they can give me anything important. I feel dumb about the fact that I confused QSP with RAGS. xD
