As far as i know it said i need to be with Doyle, it doesn't work. I have the latest version and i can't get to the attic because i can't remove the large window.

Not knowing what you had done thus far is a handicap to helping you.
Trying something with Martha triggers a series of events. You find she is a light sleeper and you need a way to make her sleep more heavily. You go out and meet the Merchant, but you can't buy the sleeping pills she has since you have no money, this triggers Doyle (when next you see him) to tell you about items in the attic that the Merchant might pay you for and then you proceed upstairs, if you are possessed when you try and fail to move the mirror, Doyle will temporarily and supernaturally increase your strength so you can move the mirror and access the attic ladder, once in the attic you should find 2 items, one to keep and one to sell to the Merchant, immediately after selling the item to the Merchant, go to the BUY tab and purchase the sleeping pills. Go about your day, in the evening, go to Martha's room to the armoire / dresser and search the drawers, when you find the right item you will automatically swap the sleeping pills out for it. Now more possibilities are open with Martha. Vera is still a light sleeper so watch out!

I do not think you understood my post.
I downloaded some saves to skip the tedium of the game's grind but in doing so I missed some story events.
The story events are what exactly the conversations are that led to state changes, the police scene, halloween, and the event between the merchant grope and titfuck.
I would like to know what I missed, because the leaps in relationship between states are drastic. These are story, not gameplay and are not covered in the above places. I have read them.
Try getting a save from before the state changes. or you could *cough* cheat *cough* , sorry, must have had something stuck in my throat.
Edit: also, i do believe you can replay these scenes, or at least part of them, but they wont effect the previous choices the player (who posted the save) previously made.

I completely understood your post, instant gratification is not always satisfying.
I guess you missed that if you do not put in the game play, you miss a lot of content.
With the Walkthrough, then the Guide, using the change logs as a road map, and the "Spend the day with" option it doesn't take that long to find out what you missed.
Take your time, the next update will likely take a while to come out (that is not a slam at the excellent creator of this game, everyone knows I am a fan and do not push for the next update), it is not as if you will miss something if you don't finish the game to it's current level quickly, quite the opposite!
You could always read the thread and find what you are looking for to fill in the blanks of what the items in the Extras section of the OP present.
It comes down to , if you want the WHOLE picture, play the game. There are plenty of porn sites, both live action and animated, that is kind of what you get when you get a complete save without going through the story.

If you want the full story probably best to play the game fully.so I fucked up a little bit. I got tired of the grind and just downloaded the 2 complete saves around the time Mia joined, but it doesn't have the context that leads to the state events or the police titjob event, and it doesnt have the halloween event at all.
Im a bit curious how MCs relationship with his mom got like that ETC

The short summary :
Mom x MC : Mom feels guilty about divorce and the MC lived with his dad away from his sisters and mom.
That's why she allows the MC to do certain things to her or she "helps" him with his "problem" (erection).
Trying to be a "good" mother. MC keeps going further and somewhere down the line she also starts lusting a bit more after it.
Then the state event happens where the mom wants to talk about what they've been doing. She feels conflicted and wants to end it. As the MC you have different things you can say which will lead to a different outcome.
You can either guilt her into simply accepting what's happening (permissive route) or push her to admit that deep down she actually wants this to happen (passionate route)
Vera x MC : Vera is your sister and she seems to always get pissed off with the MC but she constantly does sexual things with the MC as "punishment". She's very dominant with the MC. She's also pretty perverted as she does things with the beasty's.
The state event she catches you in her room and gets pissed off at you. Again you'll have different choices in dialogue with different outcomes. You can get pissed off at her and become the dominant one in the relationship by overpowering her with the help of Doyle. (Dominant route) or you can choose to beg for mercy and become even more submissive. (Submissive route)
Lucille x MC : Lucille is your sister and she's very friendly to the MC. She's doesn't seem to know much about sexual acts and the MC uses that to trick her to do sexual things to him. Sex being just a "massage" or an erection being swelling that needs to be massaged (HJ). The state events happens in the library where Lucille finds a book about sex and she starts asking questions about what they did. Again you've got differnt choices in dialogue that lead to diferent outcomes.
You can either trick her again by explaining that sexual acts are a game where you win points by having the other person cum.
This will make her play the "game" with you. (Playful route) or you could just tell her she misread and misunderstood.
This will keep her in the dark about sexual acts (clueless route)
Police titjob scene : At night a female robber hides in the barn to escape the female cop chasing her. Doyle makes you aware of her. You go to the barn and make a deal that if you keep quiet and lead the cop away she'll give you a BJ.
You go to the gate and make a deal with the cop to flash her tits if you allow her to search your garden.
The cop searches the barn, the female robber has to stay quiet, horse gets excited and titfucks the female robber.
The cop leaves, the female robber gets pissed off with you and leaves but forgets her diamonds.
The halloween event
Just go to the garden in the afternoon, to the left of the house there 's a small cemetary area in the left corner there will be a pumpkin interact with it.
You'll be in a halloween costume and will need to find all 4 family members( also in halloween costume) (playing hide and seek).
Once you find them you'll get a "reward" from them.

I know it's in the guide but it isn't very specific towards how I get her naked doesn't matter anyway I figured out that u had to have sex with Martha first

With the new version, there is a state system, there are a pair of saves attached to the bottom of the Guide which is linked on the OP.
The Guide will explain about the state system and why you need 2 files.

I cant seem to the State Event with Martha.. doyle is always appearing with ring, Anyone able to give advice? i have done every scene according to Walkthrough on page 145

Have you done everything before Ver .10, Check the Change logs(on the OP) to make sure you completed everything in all of the previous versions. Make sure that you have all girls except Mia(she stops @ 20 currently) maxed @ 70. If Doyle is still responding to the ring, you have missed a trigger somewhere.
Anyone remember exactly what trigger he is missing?
I have the girls all maxed at 70 and i have done every scene 2 to 3 times to make sure it wasnt just an action i missed. i managed to get the lucille state event to occur but vera's and Martha just wont seem to trigger
