Well, I don't really test them, but at least I can go through the code and see where the points and flags are set.
So if there's something wrong in the NTR routes, I rely on players to report if something is mising or is off otherwise.

Progression:

• Content: 100%
• Updating the info text for the correct version (unlike the other times, I remembered!)
• Testing: 100%
• Moving mod menu to where it doesn't overlap with the menu

It's heavy on the NTR branching, but I'm currently testing.
Hope I got everything right the first time through code, so I don't have to test that branch too much.

Edit:
Have no previous saves through some PC issues, so testing might take a hot minute longer.
