I don't really have many with animations, but I can certainly help with best Incest.
I Love Daddy is my favorite game, it's a pretty fun, if implausible, incest plot with some twists and turns. To really appreciate it you need to experience all 10 endings though.
Sisterly Lust is one of the best built Incest games I've played yet. The 3 sisters all have unique personalities and some life to them, Perverteer has done a great job of personifying them.
Dual Family is a game you'll either love or hate. This game is more about the story than it's incest, however the way it tells this story makes it this great commentary on how shitty the incest genre is overall. Not that I don't like incest, but that developers have no idea what they are doing with the medium.
Parental Love takes what DmD did right, its engine, overall design and its premise of the father and daughter being separated for years, and added actual character depth and female characters with their own lives goals and motivations. This game is awesome in so many ways. It even has a satisfying turn based combat system in Ren'Py. He also adds a second daughter and a sister into the incest pot.
Intimate Relations is building to be one of the best told incest stories out there. The one caution I have is that some people don't like the ways Ptolemy made the choices "bold" and "timid" for every response. I didn't mind this, but some would argue, like they did when fallout made a similar design choice, that not knowing what your character was going to say took away their feeling of agency. I understand that. I still think IR is a great game.

Babysitter is another DmD style game that gives us a great experience with characters who are well written. In this it's an Uncle and his 18 year old niece. This game is great, and with it's new writer its only getting better and better. Seriously, the guy writing it is the guy I go to when I need advice about my writing. So this game is worth playing.

Girl life has a few (2 for sure) incest paths if you do the School Girl or Cursed SG paths. However, it's Female protag and uses real porn pictures, so not quite what you asked for but I thought it still deserved a mention. It's what's considered a "life sim" so it has a lot of stuff, including rape (but aimed at the player, not the player raping someone else), blackmail and a few other more "hidden" kinks if you look for them.

I'm careful about recommending tag search, but the incest tag is among the tags that may actually get you useful results.
Hypno Training: My Mother And Sister may be the closest thing to what you're looking for. The protagonist uses hypnosis to render his mother and sister helpless. While they can't do anything about it, they are still fully aware that they are raped by the protagonist.
Lust and Power: The protagonist protects his mother and sister from demons, but demands their sexual services in exchange. He doesn't rape them in such a cruel way as the protagonist in Hypno Training, but it's still very clear, that they are not happy about their situation.
After Invasion: In a dystopian world, the protagonist has aquired wealth and power and now comes home to mother and sister. She or he immediately shows them, who's in charge. No rape, but domination and spanking. My personal favorite, because with a female protagonist, there is hot lesbian action.
Snow Daze: The protagonist manipulates his mother and sisters into becoming his harem. Domination and mind control. Great artwork and characters that are actually characters.
Fate of Irnia: The protagonist inherits an artefact, that lets him corrupt women. That way, he can either enslave or romance his mother, sister and aunt.

Yes, it was stated before, but the absolut best I've ever gone through is Sisterly Lust, and D.M.D. The mods make D.M.D. better in my opinion. Parental Love (modded) is great as well.

Basically two ways to do a search by tags:
1) Use the Latest Updates page and use the filters on the right. Click on the filter symbol in the upper right to toggle the filter menu.
2) Use the advanced search page and search using tags, prefixes, forum, etc.
