Game seems pretty good, but its very buggy, scenes dont trigger properly and the 2nd jasmin scene seems entirely borked
Okay, the fix is really simple, it just needs to be #Choices2 instead of #Choices3 on that line

Since the game is tight with only 5 months of content, some elements in it are time based.
While old saves are not compatible, the midgame jump has the option of customizing your stats for your playthrough, that way you can pick up where you last left off without going back to the start or using old saves since they're not backwards compatible due to new stats and inventories being added.
Eric suffers from the fact he's in a porn game and a fair amount of these tend to ride the same narrative. He's surrounded by either ladies or 'bbc' as alternative picks, and he's definitely not the protagonist, so no harem for him. So that leaves him with... well. You can guess. He could be interesting, but the spark isn't there for anything beyond the typical cliches atm. The best he could hope for is being the sweet and generous lover, but that's not typically 'sexy' enough for this genre, especially if he doesn't have big dick plot armor.
What is big dick plot armor you might ask? That's when the male character acts like a pushy obnoxious tall pile of trash, but it's okay, he's got a big cock which immediately makes 'em interesting, cool, and mysterious. Obvious sarcasm is obvious. But hey, some types love bad boys, so it's not wasted effort by any means.
Leo's a far more interesting pick due to his dynamic in my opinion, though I have a soft/hard spot for gals with something extra as well as transformation and change, especially if it's done by a means other than locking their bits up and treating them as less than human (which is usually the go to move in porn games). Honestly wouldn't mind seeing more of a route or a style where she's one of the girls, but also a lover/fuckbuddy of the MC. ...Come to think of it, I can't recall for the life of me encountering a porn game where the wingman/wingwoman is your trans bestie. Huh.
I could see Eric seeing the interactions with Leo from the outside and deciding 'this must be what the MC is into' and potentially falling down that rabbit hole, but then it's essentially Leo lite, and Leo has a great deal more content and grow to go before this would really make sense in the first place.
...Although the MC growing her harem of girls, regardless of their bits, is kind of an amusing thought.
One thing that does sort of leap out regarding writing and content regarding Leo is that despite several interactions boiling down to 'you aren't defined by your sex' (or you are) and such, that seems to be by and large all the MC speaks to him/her/them about. I understand it's important to nudge Leo this way or that, but it may be interesting to pursue some stuff Leo likes too. Probably more about the family dynamic that was hinted at too. Maybe offer eventually to have Leo move in with you so they can stop living under the pressures and all too potent demands back home.
Go shopping together, try on dresses, go to the sauna, walk around the town with Leo all dolled up, maybe get drunk and have sloppy sex with some guys or gals, or eachother (or all of the above) are some fun story beats. I really do enjoy the going to the gym together angle, because it's sharing a walk of life. The PC is trying to stay fit, and Leo being part of that feels organic, and kind of cute. ...Actually, come to think of it, it could be neat to have the heroine, Yara and Leo all running together. Or supporting the change along with the MC.
If Leo's friendship stat is high, then it should stand to reason that they are fond of the protagonist as well, so Leo attempting to repay the MC for her guidance and friendship seems on brand too. Maybe a gift or a date of some kind.
That sort of follows for the other girls, to a degree. A little friendship extended from them, or a potential date here and there would go a long way. Yara is at least proactive, and there's a bit of a fun dynamic of exploring the physical hobbies and the push and pull of a potential relationship. The BBC new world angle is... not my favorite, but that's fine. I have nothing against big dicks regardless of the pigment attached to it, (far from it!), but the whole subservient shtick literally being rammed down our throats can grow a bit tiresome sometimes. Like, we're supposed to be this willful spitfire that is determined to become the Prom Queen, at least initially. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of that. If anything the writing seems designed to write the MC as a thirsty chaser, where if we are being honest, the men would likely be tripping over their own dicks trying to gain her attention.
Hm. I suppose that's another part of it. The MC's motivations could use a little more fleshing out here and there. Like, clearly there is the title, but why are they aiming for it? Then again, hot college student doing hot things and currently just living for the here and now also works.

You detailed review/thoughts about the game is something I value so much, and I read all you've written almost religiously, taking notes on where my story can improve and on ideas you've thrown around.
Indeed, at the current stage of development, Eric suffers from lack of content, which both makes him a more minor character and cause him not to be too fleshed out. Furthermore, his "side" thing, like Leo having the workouts on Wednesday and Sundays, is still not truly implemented as it would take much more to make it work, which makes him suffer even more from lack of exposure somehow.
Hopefully, with time, I'll have the option to elaborate more on who he is and what he could potentially bring to the table, and better elaborate on all the different storylines that already exist, especially anything that has to do with BBC content.
You've raised quite a few good points in relation to Leo and the other female characters that will definitely be kept in mind moving forward, but all I can say is that the game is far from done, still in active development, and currently being even more fleshed out and reworked when it comes to early stages in certain areas to make the "point" and goal of the game much clearer. I'm going to put this one on the back burner a few years and it give it time for the 10mb updates to stack up.
So I only just discovered this game... But I had a few comments from the new players perspective:
* First I was a bit worried as 'winter break - character creator' wasn't selectable, you may want to add a note to 'quick start' that this does ask some character creation questions.
* Who exactly are Jasmin | Yara | Eva | Leo ? I have no context when given the option to chose a 'best friend'. I need more info to actually do more than pick one at random.
* It's only later that we are shown pictures and told what fetishes seem to be involved with which names, so you may want to rethink that interface and selection.

All of that has already been completely overhauled in the latest update, where the winter break will be implemented and the whole interactions with the friends will take place, where we get to know them before we choose a preferred option. It was a momentary solution to a jump that kind of needed to take place for easy access to the latest content.

Totally up to you, I'm quite confident of the releases I put out and the kind of content I create, with around 70k words per update and lots of story elements, and making sure to keep the file sizes small regularly. No gifs, no heavy pictures that take too much space while offering little to no value... But I understand your apprehension, you do you <3

So... I've had several scenes come up where I'm apparently supposed to have gained 'bisexuality' (which as a bi women I find hilarious as a stat), but how exactly does one build that...? I've not really seen anything like that (because I would totally have done them)...

There are a few options in the game where you can improve this stat, whenever you make these choices that push you more down that path, which you probably have already done.
The upcoming update will have more chances of improving on that stat as it brings multiple short scenes to push for certain stats further.
Until then, so long as you're making the right choices, you might just miss a few more "advanced" scenes, but it would be mostly flair.

Same bug for me I believe... I went to go for the Valentine's shopping event after getting the phone messages and no one is there to start the event with me...
Because I'm sure every author is just begging for drive-by randos recommending complicated ideas: cross pollinate Jasmin's HRC options by convincing her its actually black women she needs to serve
can anyone share a save whether Eric or Samuel will go on Valetine day with MC? i agreed to go with Eric everytime but somehow it shows i am going to date single....
