I remember watching a video with what seemed like a Secretary, trying to do their job as goblins fooled around with her. It used the same "battle" type as Karryns Prison, with stamina, energy, and will power, along with the two different types of action phases. I can't find what it was, and I was wondering if there are other games that use that same battle style, because Karryn's prison is the only one I have played utilizing it

What you're describing is Karryn's Prison actually, there's a secretary minigame/sidejob in the game.
