Nina's non-rape path is a slog. It takes a really long time if you don't manipulate her stats (including her Attitude towards you). I only use an English QSP, so I don't know what the Russian vars are. But it takes forever to progress her; I think you have to get something like 20 handies from her before she kisses your dick, then you have to talk to her; then she eventually gives you a blowie, and you have to talk to her again; then she swallows, and you talk to her again......... it takes a long ass time.

Check to make sure her variables are sufficiently high.
