Something that impacts gameplay like Raiouger (the girl helping you with missions gets more and more distracted by dick and it actually makes missions harder, her dialog comm during gameplay was actually genius), or something that makes self-inserting really easy. Maybe they refer to the main character in 2nd person, or you get to enter your name and that's the MC's name from now on. It's hard to think of good examples, please share some if you have any recommendations, and if I think of any I'll share them as well.
