Animations won't start

Hi
this is something I noticed in all games - I usually get a blank screen during animations.
this one specifically is from Being a Dick

any ideas?

I'm probably wrong about this but my guess would be either a graphics card issue or an antivirus issue. Another possibility would be if your system doesn't support the format (most devs that I've seen use webm which should be supported but you could look into that). Of those three I think the last one is the most likely but I'm not completely sure.
