Animations flicking really fast, anyone?

I am wondering if anyone had the same issue as me. So the current game im playing is "Dating my daughter" chapter 1 and so far all the animations are glitched or something.
Its not the only game that had the same problem, i have encoutered the same issue in 2 different games.
They keep flicking really fast its kinda hilarious, i dont think that was supposed to happen so i wonder whats the issue, is it on me or the dev's bad animations?
Is there a way to fix it somehow, does anyone have similar experiences?

I could record my game and show it if anyone is interested into this case so far.
I would really appreciate any help i can get.

I also have AMD gpu so im kinda sus of that.
Recently i have also played Photo Hunt, didnt notice any issues with animations.
I know Being a DIK doesnt have any issue, so lets hope its gonna be fine.

Never seen that in games....only in gifs....

already did by tagging them.....not sure if they can help though....
...just gonna have to wait....

Generic answers but check for new graphics card drivers, if you press Shift and G when the games running you can change the games graphics settings. Does kind of looks like the animations are sped way up, maybe cap the framerate?

Still no luck even after updating my GPU from yesterdays drivers and changing the graphics settings.
I tried all kinds of renderers with different FPS caps and still no luck.
The animations are just corrupted for some reason, its very odd..
I guess im really unlucky, hopefully chapter 2 will be different, im very close to finishing chapter 1
