I have spoken to the mayor and henry and they just give me one line responses! I think you have to repeat the jogging scene like 3 times, after napping, nothing else you can do to advance. It's extremely unintuitive.
Thanks for the help. Was the player told to do this 3 times in game and I missed it or is this something the player is supposed to figure out?
