Why is there such a big size difference between 2023-01 to 11 normal and compressed once unpacked? Am I missing something?

2021-05 and 2021-06 links are down and I cant access pixeldrain does anyone have them can they be uploaded again or something?
Just adding that we are still missing every pack of 2022 aside from jan (and maybe feb but I can't tell if feb had a pack or nor as he deleted all his patreon posts prior to 2022/3).
