DOH! Sorry I forgot that bit in there. So Edwin's conversation with Greg in the early game, then he doesn't start blackmailing the wife until the late game after Greg comes back into the picture. He is running correctly in this playthrough. Corruption 35, Feminization 1, Family 6, just his standard gameplay stats without any interaction from hypno spam. Selected "Leave it as it is" in the beginning when adding him to WifeSpy, I've never tried to make it to Wife/Edwin content in the late game when choosing any of the other options.

Edit: God damn I wanted to check the 4.8 update post and had to go back quite a few pages to find someone quoting it. Just quoting the update for people to find a bit easier since the main post still isn't updated. Sorry, Andriod users, this doesn't help those of you asking for an update It seems we have like 3 more days until the "Tiny Cock" patrons get the update. Hoping that the first post gets updated by then. If anyone wants to be a hero and get the android update up, it would be appreciated by many.

I swear that you don't need to click on the hypno spam messages, they don't actually DO anything. The stat goes up by 2, nothing else changes. Other story related things increase corruption and sluttiness. The messages are kinda just lore and also extremely disruptive !!!! indicating nonsense. They just waste your time in the playthrough.

It's one of the many reasons why you can just sit there, with skip on, clicking progress time and max out a stat, rinse and repeat. Because of the buying of businesses, you'll make enough money to pay Salim, buy bigger businesses, rack in billions if you're running an autoclicker or really bored.

Now I'm going to do an add everyone and don't increase any stats playthrough and see if I can still cuck the MC with Mark, Greg, the Boss, and a mixture of randos. This is to see if the stats actually get checked at all or if they are another lie.

I respect the dedication to test it, but you could have figured this out by just looking at the game files.
.rpy files can be opened by any text editor.
Thats pretty much how I play this game actually. Open the files with text editor then just scroll down. Less clicky, and you can skip to parts you want.

Downloaded the update, copied over my saves, and one again people are missing from the app that were there before. Getting real tired of having to start over from scratch with every update.

Yes, you do need new saves. Essentially every update ends up messing up a bunch of stuff in the game, 4.8 fixed a bunch of shit that was fucking half broken in 4.7, too so there is that.

Every update Bloody Ink keeps adding a bunch of stuff to the game, adjusting random things, and invalidating everyone's saves. Yet for some god forsaken reason he NEVER fixed the intro section so that WifeSpy looks like it does in standard gameplay, because why the fuck actually integrate the intro so it makes sense. Oh, and there are STILL TWO FUCKING MAPS for minimal reason, despite the map becoming completely unused in the mid game and forward, so it's just a waste of everyone's time and should be deimplemented.

But going back through and actually streamlining and fixing the game isn't gunna happen, instead his time is spent adding random extra characters into the game and a bit of a continuation of some storylines, and every time he ends up adjusting branches and makes everyone wait for 16 hours while they go from the wife getting hit on by 4 guys to just Jenna corrupting the wife for in-game years.

So, don't expect the saves to work, they won't, because he's not going to fix the game so that it builds and is instead going to invalidate saves.

The branch in which the MC doesn’t add himself to the app and becomes a cuckold will be split in two in this update:
------ The Netorare branch – 70 steps (The MC gets a chance to restore himself. His wife starts cheating on him against his will)
------ The Netorase branch – 70 steps (The MC keeps corrupting his wife on his own)

You can muddle around with the branch walkthroughs in the game, it's one of the apps that's added after the intro section and when Salim takes your company from you. For that specific set ("You and your wife weren't added branch (Netora...)" branches under MC) you don't add Valerie to the app, which automatically doesn't add you.

For that specific set I believe right now the ONLY way you don't add yourself in the app is if you don't add the wife.

Well, this game has really slowed down in developement, tell tale games cracked the formula for writing multi path game ie all choice is an illusion. I'm glad this dev is really spreading out the paths, but some refocus of the GUI would probably do the game good (why is there a map? lol).

you apply for the job and get a message from Mia, then the employer. The things to check at this point in the game are messages, the second map, and forward time. But Mia should text you right after you apply for the job.

So it looks like after the date with her, Step 9, if you're a cuck it seems to axe that branch with her. Meaning she's probably behind alpha content to do that relationship. This is still early game so pretty sure you just can't get that relationship and instead can have her bone BBC with hypno spam and choosing that you can help her to kill the porno route or choose "I Can't (Carl+)" in her message from Carl to follow her porno route

I feel like this is missing a trick where MC has his wife fuck a buncha dudes, send him pics, comes home and worships his BWC, and MC goes around and fucks a buncha chicks, then comes home and worships the amazing Casey Calvert. But since the 4.7 route splitting that's not been a thing, dunno what it'd be called other than Swinger in the Rae/Anyssa side of things and Open in the other cases. It always feels like things focus on Netorare, Netorase, and rarely Netori (which seem focused around the object-based ownership of the partner) but there are just open relationships, infidelity, etc. Hell most of the games have the relationships as essentially unhealthy, but two people can cheat and still be happy together, look at your grandparents.

The walkthroughs can be accessed in the phone, you've already been there to see the branches. If you want the alpha route, though, don't have your wife going around boning a buncha other guys, and maybe choose to turn NTR off when she's at the gym, and don't go on her phone to flirt with a bunch of dudes on fuckstagram. I've not done that route many times since the split, but it was pretty intuitive to not convince your wife to cheat on you, get raped, etc.

Now, why you would choose a straight up NTR porn game, that focuses on mind controlling/corruption to play as a Beta bitch Alpha male (so insecure he has to mind control and spy on his wife to make sure she isn't cheating). To be honest I wish the path split never happened and think the target demographic of the players isn't exactly the same as what Bloody Ink has decided to create. You can turn yourself and your son into chicks, if that isn't a transphilia side path in a game focused on watching Casey Calvert fuck a group of black dudes, I dunno what even it's supposed to be, because seemingly you can't fuck your Family 20 (Max) daughter in the back hole, but you can make the character into that Alpha is just a 1 hour diversion from the real game (when skipping heavily).

If you wanna make a massive life sim game like Life Choices (or other better games I don't know about), do it, but if you're sitting here essentially having your main draw being NTR and BBC addiction content, why are you even creating 40 god damn characters for the alpha route, it just makes people go "WTF I can't fuck my sister?" Checkov's god damn Gun, if you introduce a character and apparent mechanic to hook up with them in a porn game, why wouldn't you be able to hook up with them when you also have a mechanic to have another character boning someone? Redpill toxic male spaces and Alpha/Beta/Sigma? Those players see the NTR or Gay or Trans tags and just go to one of a metric fuckload of games that are up their alley. To make the MC trans I believe it's the Sissy route (don't add Wife/MC to the app, follow the route when you're at the point you can see the branches). I honestly can't remember in 4.7 it was pretty hard, if not impossible, to do, atleast for me.
