I played it for so long ?, it's only just got going, still never mind, NTR is a diverse flavor, as mentioned !, and if you care to read the NTR thread (why are people so anti against it), you should notice that a lot of gamers are quick to judge NTR, whilst, incest, scat, Chicks with dicks and many other flavors are deemed ok (not as lambasted so much), the reason is it's all the friggin BORING same; humiliation, humiliation, humiliation, NTR is not JUST humiliation, explain why Deliverance is top of the list and why 2 years on it gets good reviews in spite of the stated wholesale sharing boredom ?, given that 99.9% is wholesale humiliation someone's figures are a little off.
They changed the tag to netorare instead of NTR because the tag is supposed to be used specifically for netorare on this site (even though mods/uploaders don't really understand what netorare really is). Netori isn't to be tagged with netorare. Granted, netorase still gets tagged netorare regularly here because the only other adjacent tag is swinging but that doesn't really fit most of the time either. Netorare is gonna be fucked up and shitty for the male protagonist getting his girl stolen. And his small cock, shitty at sex, naive, oblivious, and retarded nature is integral to the fetish because guess what, you are not really advised to self insert as this pathetic fool in netorare. Some people do enjoy that kind of masochistic psychological aspect, but most don't identify as the male protag.
If you think all the usual netorare shit is boring, cliche, and retarded, you don't like netorare, and probably not even the usual netorase with a self-aware low self-esteem cuck MC. If your idea of a good NTR game is Deliverance, you are a fan of wholesome netorase/sharing/swinging, not netorare or even really NTR in general. It's not the same fetish. One is deliberately fucked up and the other is about wholesome sexual adventures.
So it comes back down to you trying to look for a very specific and less popular fetish that is sometimes mistagged as netorare. What you want is the wholesome subset of netorase (because there are also unwholesome variations), and there is no tag for it, so I can see why you would just look at netorare tag for such games. But you are the one that is going against the general trend. It's up to you to filter out the stuff you don't want and find the few games that fit your criteria. Bitching about what most people enjoy in the fetish in a game that is clearly about things you don't like is just self-absorbed and entitled behavior.
Edit: Just for your information, I like hard netorare of the cheating variaty. I liked that the male MC didn't know for certain up to now. I thought there was a pretty decent lead up to this point. But now that the MC knows about it, he is forced to act. And depending on how he acts upon it, I might lose my interest. If he turns into a self-accepting cuck that starts to like it, then it is no longer a fucked up situation to me. Well, I don't mind cuck-acceptance as an ending sequence, but if it happens at midpoint or earlier, it gets repetitive and runs out of steam quite fast for me.
But what I won't do is talk shit about the game if it takes that route, because I knew from the beginning that western BBC games tend to take that route quite often. And even if I didn't have that expectation already, I know many fans of NTR enjoys that exact flavor of cuckiness that I don't really enjoy. Of course, you can voice your opinions, but the way you said it was completely childish like, "WAHH why don't devs make games that cater to MY preferences?"
Edit2: And the reason Deliverance gets good reviews is because it is a harem-ish game with a wholesome sharing route (and a pretty good VN with nice renders). Harem fans that don't touch the sharing stuff obviously make up the majority. I'm not saying there are no fans of that type of sharing, but I'm saying it doesn't overlap that much with people who actually like
netorare. They can call themselves NTR fans if they want, but they need to understand that netorare and netorase are not the same thing, and that this site's tag system makes it hard for them to find the wholesome sharing stuff they are looking for. I see many netorase games tagged with netorare, and it's not hard to spot them out. I simply don't play it because it doesn't interest me. It's really not hard to differentiate between netorare and netorase.
