I would recommend Lust&Passion give everyone a much clearer sense of where the story is going, in terms of real sexual progression. In other words, to make a public schedule of when certain storylines would reach a "point of no return", and show sexual contact between characters. Doing so would greatly alleviate and lessen people's disappointment, and give them something to look forward to - hitting milestones through development and whatnot, even if it spoils the surprise.
I know he already alluded to this in some of his previous comments on this site, but making an official breakdown of the story's timeline would do wonders to repair some of the self-inflicted damage that delayed updates and high expectations (something that he's partly responsible for) have caused. The key thing would be to be as clear and specific as possible, so there are no misunderstandings moving forward, and people exactly can know what to expect, and when to expect it.
Just my two cents.

People already know what to expect and when to expect but that hasn't stopped the whining. A schedule was provided when certain story lines would start to reach that point of no return. Instead of waiting for those days, you know what people have done, they have just kept whining and whining about lack of sexual content, when we already knew there was going to be a lack of sexual content until the start of those story lines. As people was going to continue to whine, the creator should just ignore those people. No matter what he does and how much information he give them, those people will continue to whine.

Here's a little overview of the further story and when which main storyline will start (all choosable):

The story and all the events were written and planned for 30 playable days by getting gradually more daring. Currently we are at Day 11 (playable day 4/30). Next update is Day 12 (playable Day 5/30).

Dylan main plot: starts at day 14 (playable day 7/30)

Ellie main plot: starts at day 14 (playable day 7/30)

Sam main plot: is already in progress but gets more and more evident later

Sophia's teacher main plot: starts at day 16 (playable day 9/30)

Additionally there will be a lot of also choosable "side events/plots" and side storylines with other characters. Sophia can explore her lesbian side independently to the "good wife route" and it will also have an effect on it.

Some character-storylines will overlap and influence each other!

30 "playable" days is the key word. Theoretically the game could be any amount of time. We have ALREADY had a 1 week time jump. Those 30 days could get a bit of a spread at some points, possibly even the entire school year. This could also fit in things like: Halloween, anniversary, Christmas, new years, valentines day, graduation day.

Then even further in the endgame on last day it could be years in the future where she is knocked up by the rockstar neighbor boy & divorced.

This goes for all devs (although we know the whole scam patreon thing). V1 teaser and setup, V2 onwards contains good amounts of sex. I strongly disagree with your statement. A lot of people have complained about the last update, yes, but their criticism is not entirely unfounded or unwarranted. I'll accept that people who complain about the lack of sexual content are kind of missing the point, but for the most part, the criticism has been due to the lack of real story progression with the already established characters, and the general lack of eroticism in the scenes included. Many members here have provided long and insightful posts regarding what went wrong (in their opinion) with the last update, myself included.
What I'm talking about is giving everyone a clear cut breakdown of the story's progression, down to the last detail. So far, the developer has only given a vague timeline on where certain storylines would begin - Playable Day 7 for the beginning of Dylan and Ellie's routes, and so on. That is not the same as "on this playable day, there will be a sex scene between so and so", which is exactly what I'm suggesting. It could even be placed in the OP, for everyone to see. At this point, more information can only help resolve some of the issues people have with the slow pace of development.
The idea that Lust&Passion should simply ignore those who are complaining is ridiculous. They are a symptom of a problem, not the problem itself. The developer wants to increase his Patreon donations, and he can do that by a) changing the game to include more of what people want (something that he would never do), or b) give everyone a clear analysis of when the explicit sexual content would take place. Sure, there are people who will complain no matter what, but that would give other members the opportunity to provide more constructive feedback than just "this update sucks".
I personally love this game, and I appreciate the incredible attention to detail that the developer has. Having said that, I think that most of the community's negative reaction to the game stems from a lack of effective communication from the developer himself. When he hypes up his updates, and promises that they'll have some of the "lewdest" and "sexiest" scenes available, it's impossible to avoid disappointment (because what is lewd for one person, is vanilla for another). We're all different, and our expectations are ultimately driven by our subjective realities and life experiences.
So, providing not just an "overview", but a clear development timeline, similar to people who work in software and professional game development, would be a win-win situation for everyone involved.

The game does hit 3 erotic elements fairly hard without going in to the full blown sex yet, and isn't given fair credit for it.

ENF (Embarrassed naked female): Sophia putting on a strip show for her son, and his friend on accident. Sophia coming to the door in her lingerie. Sophia coming out of the bathroom with the movers in house. A few minutes later Elle walking in to the kitchen in her panties. Sophia making a strip dash in the gym bathroom & being naked with equally embarrassed sister.
