Identify A new rpg game that have multiple character to choose

Hey guys, I'm looking for a rpg game that have multiple character to choose at first to advance the story. From what I can recall, the story is about a girl being kidnapped and the female protagonist (there are about 6 or 7 character for us to choose) is going to save her. I think the game from some big developer cuz I found it on dlsite but now it's nowhere can be found. (sorry for my bad English)

Do you remember if it was 2d/3d/pixel art or time period (medieval, future, modern etc.)?

Some extra info might help people remember it.

It was 2d art, in parallel universe I think (not too sure about this since every girl in the start have their different job/style like kunoichi... etc)
