Hi, so I'm from Snahp which is a private piracy forum (unfortunately it's private and there are no more invites) that came about after r/Megalinks died, I just wanted to share the guide that I wrote on Snahp to help the community here. This is a guide to pirate every resource, but it also includes porn as well.
A quick preface before I get into the stuff, I'm not really sure if this post counts as advertising, I have no connection to any of the websites I suggest, nor any incentive to advertise for any of these websites, this is just based upon my own experience and all I wish for is to help someone else find whatever they need.

So what is Direct Downloads anyway?
In summary, there's a dedicated server which allows you to download files on your computer. This is compared to P2P (peer to peer) downloads which is when your peers upload and send parts of files to each other from their own computers which are generally less optimised (slower) for sending files.
Okay, but why do I care?
It's fast. It's reliable. There's a lower chance of infecting your computer with a virus. I'm not going to lie, I've never tried torrenting, so I'm not sure I'm correct. From the small amount of research I have done, it's a pain. Download speeds vary quite a lot depending upon how many people seed a file, files are more likely to contain viruses because they're not attached to anything you could report though some places like nyaa.si are (from what I've heard) more reputable.
Also, there's the fact that media companies can and do report your IP address to your ISP who can then throttle your internet speeds and also threaten legal action. However, supposedly they let you off with a warning the first time and you can use a VPN and some other software/tactics to hide your IP address.
Perhaps most importantly out of all: it's slow. Using Google Drive downloads you can almost consistently (in my area) get 7-10Mbps and with Mega.nz 7-9Mbps. Speed is key.
In my opinion and experience, it's just not worth the pain. Hence, Direct Downloads.
But torrents have better selection?
Yes. I have to say Torrents have a greater selection of pretty much anything you can think of (digitally of course), that's because no one's going around cutting torrents, also increases the chance of malware. One thing before I finish, Piracy and hence Direct Downloads work best when you target something popular, movies/tv shows almost guaranteed, because someone else will have requested it before you.

Useful Download Tool Suggestions
Bypassing the 5GB Mega Limit [program install]
Okay one thing that I want to do before anything else is to say if you are using Mega.nz and do not want to pay for premium please use the cracked Freedome VPN download on this website uploaded by someone on Snahp. This is about the most useful tool I have found, every time you're about to reach the limit change the location and turn the VPN on, no charge (because it's here) and it works.
Update: I have found this method doesn't always work consistently and Mega seems to sometimes keep track of bandwith downloaded on the same continent and country so best idea is to switch continents first, then try switching countries and to be patient with it and to keep trying.

Recently discovered this courtesy of someone on Snahp thank you so much for making a post on this! ZippyShare in its original state as a free user is almost unusable giving out download speeds of something like 10-20kbps.
However, if you install JDownloader 2:
Note: I still would not preference ZippyShare links as they must be split into many parts due to the 500Mb upload limit, this means the download for a single part going down could mean the entire download is non-functional.
Update: Bypassing Google Drive Limits
This has been known for quite a while but is still functional to my knowledge. A note, you must have enough space in your drive before attempting this method. e.g If the file you're trying to download is 16 GB and you only have 5GB in your Google drive, this will not work. A good suggestion is to have an educational/premium google drive account which has unlimited storage to obtain a team drive with unlimited space so this method will always work.
If you encounter a google drive link which says 'download limit exceeded' you should have the option of 'Add shortcut to Drive', if it's in folder format, ctrl/cmd + click the folder/files you want right click and say 'Add shortcut to Drive'. Now, search up 'Google Drive' in google and open your google drive. Go to 'My Drive' click on the files that you wanted to download and then right click before clicking on 'Make a Copy'. You can now right click on the copy of the files you made and click 'Download', thus bypassing the download limit.
Speeding up your downloads Internet Download Manager (IDM) (Optional) [program install]
This helps you download some files from websites which throttle your download speed faster. It takes over any normal downloads by downloading them with Internet Download Manager and can give you an extra 3-4MBps. How? It makes multiple requests for the same file in different places and downloads them simultaneously, before joining them together. Just type Internet Download Manager into the Snahp search and you'll see a lot of results pop up, because it updates quite frequently. The latest version that I would suggest is uploaded by someone on Snahp, but I have uploaded my own copy here:
