Actually I didn't. Just suffered through hell of the machine translation a bit and understood, that the game doesn't blow my whistle.
You probably might want to check certain Russian oriented torrent portal to see if this game was uploaded there.
If I overcome my laziness and find anything, I'll send you a PM.

My understanding is its finished hence why it was deluxe version but @drewhill_18 would more than likely be able to confirm this he knows more about the russian stuff
