Not sure if they are even here, in the Zone... but a YT channel 'HGamesLovers' and 'Leonora's Debauchery' has some 3D H-Games you probably like. I've been using those 2 as my source for H-Games of various genres.

Because it is very hard to make such games. 3D actions are much more buggy than 2D and they require a very complex character/animation/camera system. Also, the audience for such games is relatively small.
Next time I'll make some simple visual novel with RenPy and DAZ Studio.

Yes its indeed hard to make 3d games especially when u want to animate the movement
and most dev prefer 2d cg since it simpler but at the end both depends on the team whether they up to it but imo 3d is a pain in the asz
