Anyone have good recommendations for 2dcg games wherein the story is good , the characters are interesting and your choices matter? probably too much for a porn game but I'm a sucker for a good story with hot scenes.

Superhuman. I personally like it a lot, and I think it fits your requirements.
Roundscape Adorevia, the game switched existing arts for AI (which I personally hate), but if you look in the thread, you can find a patch that replace the AI ones back into the original arts. The story's good and so are the characters, and you have multiple endings based on your choices and karma.
MalOvent is a brand new game, so there isn't a lot of content, and I can't say much about the importance of choices. However, it's a good start character-wise, same for the story. You should try it since it's pretty short for now.

Ravager is for you since you play as a dragon, so it may not be your thing. However, the story's good, and the choice matter a lot. There are many different paths you can follow and you can't just take them all in the same playthrough like in other porn games.
Goodbye Eternity. It has good characters and a good story. Your choices also affect the type of relationship you have with each of them; however, they're not all available for now since the game is still in development.
