Classmate nympho scenes are triggered automatically when getting to school in the morning or day. Obsessive are at night. Larsen's nympho are in school job area, obsessive are at night.
Love between family caps at 20 unless nympho, obsessive or family ties are suppressed. You should be able to get her to nympho, then raise her love, then love spam to obsessive.

You hit her with Love Overload enough times and it drives down willpower or something to that effect.
All women are either Obsessive OR Nympho. So you have to make a choice in what they are.
From the sounds of it, check their willpower. If it's too high, you won't get anything. You can never have it too low.
Oh, and if you ever make your mom a Nympho beware of two words:

You get a game over for too many demerits. I have no clue about the number, since it never occured to me. Demerits are caused by:
- too low grades
- characters becoming too suspicious
- wanking in public
- banging the spoiled brat at the security job
You can lower them by asking a professional favor from Larson.
30 selfies? Seems like vanity overload. You need a 30+ crimefighting score and positive alignment (60+) to trigger Kelly's investigation. Afaik each won fight from neighbourhood watch or security job gives you a score of 2. Each call in gives a score of 1.

Looks like a problem with a translation file. Are you playing in a non-english language?
Honestly, you should direct error messages to @Baal7734. He might have a better idea. Can you get it to load at all? If it does, did you attempt to "rollback"? I remember that causing traceback errors.

You don't need them but they do cut the grind down a bit.
My advice is to play it without mods for a couple of real-world days. Then make up your mind.

I think it was right after my alignment reached 60, but I'm not sure. It was just an option that appeared out of nowhere during lunch at the school. From what other's have said, you're supposed to complete a Kelly quest and do something else, but it just appeared for me one day without doing anything special. I'm not sure how it worked out, but I think it unlocked because I was using cheats.
Positive Alignment Task (Kelly): If you have done enough crime fighting (either through the neighborhood watch, the rank 3 school job, or from NCHDL missions, and you have a 60+ alignment, Kelly may approach you asking for help.
