Really nice renders, I like the look of the sister character as well. From the previous render you posted of the MC waking up, I assume the med student/old friend is coming in to see how you are/give info to MC and sister about your condition/what happened.
If this is the case, it might read better if the med students body was toward the sister like she is addressing both of you. Also, if you're character is still in the bed possibly sitting, maybe try lowering the POV or perhaps shift the camera to the left in a way that makes it look like the sister is closer to the foot of the bed (depending on what is actually happening in the scene).

Trying out some clothes & pose but having problems with the lights... It's so annoying... those f lights... If I put too much light, the white color is bright as a fucking sun. If I put less light, her skin is too dark then...

Well, headlamp can be a real pain, so don't forgot to turn it off, and a good hdri can help with your problem, you can turn the envirement to the min, just to fill the space, and after that use spot lights)Trying out some clothes & pose but having problems with the lights... If you are using spotlights, don't turn them up with the intensity, instead use the 'Luminous Flux (Lumen)' slider in the spotlight parameters (Depending on what I'm going for I sometimes boost it up 60,000) I also change the 'Light Geometry' to rectangle (I saw in a video that point doesn't work well in Iray, may have been from an older daz studio build). Changing the 'Height' and 'Width' will increase the size of the light to soften harsh shadows (it does not increase the amount of light). You can also turn off the dome lights if you wish under the render settings - environment - environment mode and just change it to scene only. How did you get the 'skin bubbles over the tight clothing' effect? I hope I make sense. Like, just over the tight clothing, her skin/body kinda puffs out at the edge of the clothing?
