Unfortunately as far as I know there is no such mod. There were plenty of fan-made renders but mod didn't appear. Probably partially because of the atmosphere we have here. Sadly, as ingame content is cutted out and following friend path leads nowhere so it can only make you angry.

well I am with my VN trying to do something, but I have a love for BB since he was one of the first VN I played, I can program something VN Classic or Sandbox (in Renpy, intermediate level) if someone has renders or can do, to make a "Big Brother NTR Edition", the bad thing is that I don't speak English (I use translator) and it should be a totally free VN, from Fans for Fans?
