Well the reason I posted that is impregnation seems nearly certain.
From a narrative perspective: You have a warrior race with no women seeking to reconquer their lost lands or at least improve their position. How do you end the story unless someone's getting pregnant?
If you side with Tekrok, for example (because he's the most aggressive, and because I can't remember for the life of me what that banker chief guy even wants) then if the orcs are successful in the end, can you just end it by saying "and then the Orc Kingdom flourished for the next decade until their lack of women crippled them and they faded into obscurity, permanently. The end."
Sabia (or at least the ones who betrayed her) are getting pregnant at or by the end, I guarantee it. Especially if she joins Tekrok.
