you can use Nvidia control panel or similar application. For nvidia go to manage 3d setting-> program setings-> click add-> browse for the .exe file that you use. turn on v-snc (and triple buff if you want) then click apply

i use amd, there is setting "frame rate target control" but it doesnt have effect.
EDIT: I managed to limit it after playing with MSI afterburner's settings

Hello! I have downloaded one of those pastebin all in one and the game seems to be working fine, but I'm having a problem with some of the mods and some guidance would be appreciated.
For example Saeki's 4K Tattoo Mod doesn't work for some reason. I looked inside the PlayHome\abdata\customtexture folder and the required file is located there, but when i load a character in the Studio that uses the mod, the tattoos don't show up (only a very low-res one appears on one of the arms). I have searched some forums and it seems that this mod requires IPA and Plasticmind's Playhome custom texture patch, but both of these seems to already come with the release. If anyone knows what's the deal with this, some help would be appreciated. Most of the other characters that use mods appear to be working fine (aka the look like their preview pricture). Thanks!

Downloaded "Full Game" from the first part of the download. Download english and uncensored patch. I can't figure out where to put anything to get this game to be playable. Can't get the 7gb one due to mega file size restrictions.

MSI Afterburner -> Settings -> On screen display -> More ( i think you must also have riva tuner statistic installed) then there is "framerate limit" for you to set.

I wanted to try this, but none of the download links are working. And even then, I'm not sure I want to go through 200 steps to get it to run.

i can install the game and start it, but it does not let me press the end H scene button in the first scene, what have I done wrong?
