well it did say starting a new game is needed, but like you i found no it's not. but there are many where it's just an incremental version and bam you must start all the way from the beginning just to see the 1 or 2 new scenes cuz they added 1 variable. yet like max's life he adds a script to update your save games so you do not have to start all over. i just wish more devs did this.

it doesn't matter how much love, corruption, or relationship numbers you have, you never get to do anything with them except on the dates which do not even count. the dates should count and make changes accordingly cuz it's so damned weird to have sex with one on a date and the next hour, no that's forbidden! you can't even kiss me! makes you want to slap them down.

i think he did that in the beginning and then along the way forgot it's supposed to be incest related.
