You need to insert (in this case, mount with Daemon tools) the second disk of the game. When that message appears, don't click anything initially. Instead remove the first disk and then mount the second on the same slot where was the first cd (iso in this case, if I remember correctly). When the program finish to elaborate the second disk, press "Retry" and the installation will resume where it had stopped.
lool ty very much dude ....
that reminded me with Metal Gear sold snake on Play Station 1 .. i thought the disc ..i had to fight with the store owner
i guess i never learn

Save yourself the frustration, unless you speak Japanese, and possess the ability to carefully follow a million step installation process where anything wrong will brick the entire game.... don't even.... I just spent four hours trying to figure out how to install the base game without getting the yotogi error. Seems like this error is mainly related to A. non-Japanese locality, and B. 64x operating environment.
So unless you would like to permanently change you machine to Japanese, or trouble yourself with running an emulator, nothing else seems like it's gonna work. Good luck. (Only two things I haven't considering trying for a f... jap game.)
I heard there is an all in one torrent that's like 60+ GB, I may try this next, but holy mother of downloads :O

I've downloaded exactly that. And the only one time that I did installed the game (but then I've removed it because I've other games to play and CM3D2 was just to "lose time" and nothing more, but I wasn't playing anymore) following the instruction, if I remember correctly, no error at all. Right now I'm waiting for a last repack of this one because since came out the sequel, I'm hoping that they will stop making patches and such for this title.

Are you talking about the all in one torrent?
Also if you remember, were you running the game via NTLEA? Or did applocale work..
Yep, 60+ gb, that.
And.. eh.. this I honestly don't remember. Did you already tried with both of them?

Currently downloading the 60gb torrent, should be done in the next year or so :b
And I've only tried applocale, (with the two discs found in the pastebin from OP, and the updates from KISS), depending on the install time I may try using applocale first, and if I still get the yotogi, I will start again with NTLEA. Considering I'm about to add 60+ gigs to my HDD I think it's worth trying a few remedies before I give in.
Hope this game is worth it's burden.

Well.. 60GB of files plus another - probably - 60GB or more (but I'm pretty sure that are more, maybe 80 or so given all the content that came out as well as DLC's) because If I remember correctly, you need to "Install" them in a certain sense. So.. yeah... you definitely need some free space xD

Aaaaaaand about 8 hours later, I finally decompressed and copied the archive of CM32 1.55.1 to a location where I can begin troubleshooting. Normal launch = yotogi. Running with applocale = yotogi. Running through NTLEA = yotogi.
fuck me man

Finally I have stricken progress via changing my computer's locality to Japanese (Japan)
This can be done from control panel \ clock... \ region \ administrative. Followed by a system restart.

I'm not sure what the implications are just yet, as far as my normal operating process but everything seems normal.
The game now launches and passed the yotogi error.
Now I just need to hunt down a working translation / uncensor and then business is done.

Wait, the All in one repack doesn't come already with the english translation?

If it did include one it didn't work. It took several different downloads for the UI and the speech to translate at all, and I'd be inclined to say 50% of the game is not translated yet.
I felt really stupid for a while after starting my first run with sybaris. I thought the files within the sybaris folder actually merged with the game files, nothing was working until I realized the sybaris folder is supposed to be by itself xD

If anyone is on the fence about downloading this game, a few things to consider.

1. Applocale, local emulator(NTLEA), and normal launching methods WILL NOT WORK.
You must run this game by changing your computer's locality to Japanese (Japan)
If you keep getting the yotogi error at launch, this is probably why.
The coding is written in Japanese, changing your PC's locality will allow it to read the code properly.
I haven't noticed any major side effects from changing locality, nothing detrimental.

2. With the game installed, and the .rar from the torrent, you will have 125GB of space taken.
Without the .rar it's about 65GB.

3. It took my pc about ~2 hours to unpack and copy all the contents of the game files.
This was anywhere from 20-40 mbps
Make sure you have enough space, my first attempt failed because I ran out of HDD space. This took one hour.
After clearing space, I copied over chunks of the game files piece by piece. This took two hours.

4. If you don't speak Japanese, prepare yourself for hunting down several different translation mods.
This game is massive, and the community simply cannot translate everything.
Even with the translation mods, I still don't know what I'm doing half of the time :b

5. The vanilla game has painful censorship, you must find separate mods for both the male and female body.
There should be some on the pastebin on OP.
Make sure you find a demosaic mod too.

6. You will need sybaris AIO or reipatcher if you want to run any mods or plugins.
These are basically mod managers without the managing. Just drop a file in the right folder and voila.
I'm using sybaris, I can't speak for reipatcher.
My version of sybaris came with a number of useful mods, these can be removed by deleting the DLL and or the textfile found within the sybaris folders.

7. Good luck ;)

wont let me install what do?
Did you mount with daemon tools?
By the way, you may be better off finding an alternate download where the files are already compiled. IE, already has the DLC installed to the main files. Do some googling, can't hurt.

Is there just a already put together version of this that does not need a lot of extra steps to get it running? I downloaded a version of honey select like that so it is definitely possible for someone to upload it with updates + translation on it already. I think.

The only closest thing for what you're searching, is what I've shared (I believe, don't remember right now lol) in the previous pages: the all-in-one repack of 60+ GB that comes with everything. However, even with it you've to follow some instructions. And it's torrent only.

A game already patched to the latest with all the DLC's and mods and then you can only use applocale on the .exe and fap happily, sadly doesn't exist (could be wrong, but I honestly didn't see anything of the sort around the internet) - though only the games and DLC now that I think about it, since with the mods will be something like 100GB or more. Pretty sure

Too much hassle for this game tbh.
You're not wrong, but it's actually really well made. Plus the mods are extensive and can add tons of content on their own. I can actually say I almost like this game more than Honey Select, but StudioNEO will forever hold my attention at a higher level. If you have the hard drive space (130GB-ish) and the patience to follow the install instructions, read my post a couple up and you won't have any problems.
