It was the highlight of my month every month for a while too lol. Then it just kinda dragged on and on.
I still love it, and its still one of my favs, but I wait for a few updates before I pick it back up now.

I just started playing this game last week. So, I can see how it could be a big of a drag having to wait week after week for an update, as apposed to having it all at once. Especially with the slow burn.

It's a possibility that November release could be the start of chapter 2 of the game, worst case scenario is that chapter 2 starts December. So we have to bear
in essence @kyosuke01 is correct. there may be a small bit added in right at the end but mostly this is to flesh out the bits skipped over and correct issues. the two updates after is even more correct issues and after V16 is out Chapter 2 will start to come out. there will be a code to put you right where you need to be at the beginning of chapter 2.
no november and december is dedicated to correcting errors and bugs introduced with v14 and before... then v15 for the december release. I will say it is possible but a very remote chance that V16 will start chapter 2, that would mean V15 implementation was 100% perfect and broke nothing.It's a possibility that November release could be the start of chapter 2 of the game, worst case scenario is that chapter 2 starts December. We had a talk last night with a member of the dev team and he said that the fixing of chapter 1 would more likely take 1 patch, max 2 patches, so if they really manage to do this with 1 patch, that means November release is for chapter 2, if they need a second patch, then December release would be chapter 2.
I understand what was said, but remember the implementation of V14 is going to cause issues, already known: all saves are fubarred already. plus v14 is going to have new content put in it which means bugs in coding and bugs in what is displayed. new images are being rendered, some may be found lacking later. so I expect V14 WILL NOT close chapter 1. V15 may but if I were asked the percentage: 0-15% and that's it. because even when V14 is looked at, the V15 fixes may break something else. thus why I expect V16 will be the final version before chapter 2 starts.
