Yes and no, you must have all triggers done for it to be true and you have not done all the triggers.

Starting in v.10 DS put triggers for quest in all other quest and they need to go off to proceed to the next part.
Cheating stats before they get to 100 points in game will for the most part will break the game and can delay triggers from going off.

i now get the end of control quest what i do tell about erick to make him gone or what
the game say it's the end of it in current version that mean i maybe use him in new version or what

No, you are done with him and now he needs to go away to go on with the rest of the family story.
The game is abandon so no more will come for this game.

I'm stuck at the part where I was suppose to watch the filmed porn at 9pm Friday with Aunt and mom , but no one show up...

Wait till mom is there then go talk to her, if she is not there at 8 pm then your game is fucked up.
After waiting 1 full week the scene should be there and don't worry about Kira she will show up after you start talking to mom.

There seem to be nothing to do after the clinic, lisa doens't have any option but homework

ok guys, when i will now im on the end of the game?
the most opportunitys are done. but i only have 17/22.
everyone do sunbathing naked and i slept with mom.

is there anything i can do? and who is VICKY (cheat menue)?!

No there is no content with Vicky.

It stops Lisa and Alice from turning on you for about 2 weeks, getting mom to 100% Eric influence and 2 other girls to over 50% Eric influence = end game.
Only use the pic for it and not the wallet, never do anything with the wallet but to get rid of him.
Unless you love NTR.
