There's a walkthrough in the OP. Those events won't trigger in you're using an save from pre-1.5x.
This game is coming along nicely so well done to the Dev, looking forward to future updates as i was just starting to get into it then after checking the walkthrough realised I'd seen most of the content.
Also it would be nice if the Wife was less of a ball buster at higher affection levels unless it's part of the story future.

Ya dude does seem pretty chill maybe you could chill with him and get like "Friendship" up and he will on occasion give you a pill or two for free or maybe even give you a discount like 20 bucks a pill or something.

I already threw in a Boogie Nights reference for one of the exit lines. Maybe I'll add a scene where he's in his underwear and there's a young Chinese boy setting off fireworks while the dealer plays Russian roulette.

So far the games seems pretty good, a few spots are still empty, but the rest is enjoyable so far and the pace is fine, no "Oh my god, I don't even wanna talk to you" and 2 minutes later fucking ensues.
Progress with Meghan is fine, Daughter is really good, wife shoots you down whenever possible although it seems like she's getting better and Kaitlyn also gains some affection when you bring her booze, the only thing I can't really figure out is Sara. I don't think I've seen her since she introduced herself, is there some kind of random trigger that I need to make progress?

Maybe I've seen that, most of the time I just watch it once and skip to bring the stats up. I was just worried that I may've missed Sara, the wife is still a little bit bitchy at times, especially in the shower and the morning
There also seems to be a bug with Anne when you get it on with her in the locker room, you can just keep going endlessly to farm romance or is it supposed to be like this?

How do you get to see the daughter masturbating? I was able to get to the part where you ask her to take a shower and then she says that it's too late and to try another time.

You're speaking of 2 different scenes.
You can find her masturbating if you follow her to the bathromm while you're watching that movie.
And the later is about showering with her.
