Hello, i work on this game

but i'm troubled with some content.

Is it really enough to make a splashscreen like: Every character which is included in sexual action is 18 years and older ?

I have a small event about a missing child so i added a child but on the other hand is a girl i want to have some slight action with.
But she isn't really looking older but is taler. The female i want should be a contrast to all the others.... so blond, short, small boobs.

However am i going to far? Don't want any problems with f95zone and/or patreon

"Age" works in Japan elsewhere if it looks like a kid, even by mistake, it is enough to cause troubles.

I would say if you are questioning it someone else will too, protect yourself first and foremost, I would always add "all characters depicted in sexual acts are over 18", but if there is a question about the blonde girl work in a line of dialog with her saying her age also to reiterate the point. Not all girls look over 18, when I was younger most people thought my ex was 15 years old even when she was 21.

I would reach out to a Admin here on F95 specifically and ask them that question @ them or private message them.

That is a must but the character looks too much like a kid, so no amount of backstory will convince some forums (outside f95) and especially patreon otherwise.

The kid with the black hair is definitely a kid in my eyes.
The blond one could be older than 18 (tight fit), but I would give her 14-16.

I imagine it sucks trying to make a 'petite' girl in a game when the main way to judge age is by height or breast size even though we know in real life there are women who have these traits.

There is no problem with children in games, they just have to stay far away from any sexual act.

AFAIK: No. But I do not know of any porno that have some children in general in it.

Underage, sexually involved = certained to be banish (with some very few exception...)
Underage, in a sexuall work, but not involved = most likely will give some troubles (goes not against the rule book, but people can be nasty)

Yup. Aren't this one of the reason for all the "blah blah blah, all models/persons/robots/toys/.... are over the legal age of 18"?
With actress you have an option to "proof" for her age. With a virtual character it is difficutly at least. Only way to "proof" that he or she ist over 18 is the story you have written.

Black haird girl is the child without sexual content.
Blonde is the girl with some light sexual content (no sex).

Yeah in the game I'm creating I have a gymnast girl, so short and not much of a chest. I have to be clear and state that she is over 18. To be on the safe side I've given her pubes as well (which is a pain in the ass as I have to delete them every time she wears clothes as the fibermesh goes through.

I use this warning screen now and in the game i let the char state she is 21.
Hope this will do the trick. Even if its a bit ... well you know.

Even this list is a little unspecific. In my country there is a 3 year age difference range in which, even underage, a sexual relationship is legal. If you older than 16 there is no limit at all.
Of course all other legal aspect must also be applied additionally (AFAIK porn with over 16 years old people but underage isn't the same legal issue as porn between adults).

It will not.
The whole "I am 400 years old" on a loli vampire character is a really common trope and it works in Japan... Elsewhere it will not.

Realistically speaking, characters have no age as they are not real, it is all about depiction: If you are bad at drawing and try to draw a flat chested woman but turns out to look like a child, no matter what were your intentions, most forums would not allow it as it depicts a child whatever on purpose or not.

It could be to tip the scale in a tight fit, but if the char is obvious underage your out. I don't know the rule book, but I think, even for real person pornos it exist some rules about actress that are locking serious underage or have an underage story background.

And I assume the manga title would be: Dance in...
