Edit: I figured it out, used an RPG Maker save editor and switched the variable 1227 - "descalzo", which is spanish for barefoot.

I'm having a hard time understanding what you're trying to ask here. Yes you can keep doing Pussy Fight tournament over and over again. It's a known bug. Maria's sister sex scene is 1 time only.
