Strange because i also did a new game 0.27 final and ended up with 105! maybe its because i played with cheatmenu mod and changing the time of the game and repeat all sex options possible in a day and reloading alot of times the savegame may bugged the score count.

you need to trigger janice emma exercise talk in the living room(tuesday if i remember right). Requires relationship point with emma and janice.
After that keep visiting living room. Generally when Janice is in livingroom during 12.00-15.00 hours she is either exercising or reading a book. If she is reading a book go to another room then go back to livingroom. Repeat this till you get your scene

yeah that could of done it since i don't use cheat menu mod, i didn't think of that since the last time i tried it, i ran into a bug where i couldn't save quit, i so just use save editor to change or add the stuff i want
jason is not asking janice about who his real parents are to trigger kellys quest im talking to her while she is reading book
I did but there is no mention of the leiza
When I click on the top
Jason says "Billy do you have any experience with filming cameras?"
Billy replies "Are you gonna shoot a movie? a porn movie?
Jason says "No forget it"
The scene ends and Billy disappears
Nevermind. Finally got the Leiza option after delivering the package to Adrianna
