I think the game is either ren'py or RPGM.
The game had like a map to travel,
at first you start at home with your mother and I think you have a barn in your house so you start your adventure by kissing your mother I think, and you found someone to fight during your travel and they are (i think possessed by a creature) and when you win against them you fuck them to break the magic that possessed them, and then every one that comes in your way and you win and fuck them they come with you and be your companion and fight with you.
and during your travel, you go to a city that had a gay king if I remember he was blonde and slim and young.
