So far, I've only found 4. There's one in the forest, and one hidden inside the forest of mist, one inside the mountain, one in the snowy mountains(top of the same mountain, just keep going up).
I saw animation of this game(other characters) on PornHub quite a while ago, it was before unverified videos were purged, and I didn't download them, but I am very sure someone animated some of the scenes.
There are some websites that mirrored videos from PornHub, if you enter "In the Village of Busty Lolis - Azami 2" you'll see what I recall the animated scenes of Azami. Somehow only Hoozuki survived.
Update: Not really sure if I should post it here or not(since it's a game thread not a video thread), I've managed to scrap some remaining videos of animated Azami scene, despite it's low quality, it is true that it has existed before.
I cannot identify who made this at all, since no extra information is given.

Do you need to have explored the deep forest with Karin to access it? If so, how do you get her to activate that task?
IIRC Karin asks for her exploration tasks in order so complete whatever exploration you have at the moment until the Deep Forest one unlocks.
It's the last option in the main menu when you start the game, it's always there, it just gets filled as you unlock scenes in the game.

Uploading a further translated copy of the game. I think most changes will be approved.

Translated most of the missing menu elements, left in a few that either broke the game, or I couldn't find.
Translated a few sporadic pieces of dialogue or text that was originally missed, like the interaction with the mushroom vases, traps, etc.
Various typos and spacing inconsistencies.
Reduced the number of instances of text overflowing the game window.
Other shit I probably forgot.
Controversial dialogue changes:
Changed chastity belt to cock cage, as it fits the icon, theme of the scenes, and CGs better.
Changed "Ejaculation Management" to orgasm control/chastity respectively. The language seemed less awkward to me this way.
Changed some instances of ejaculation/semen to orgasm/cum in their respective proper noun/verb forms, as it felt natural.
Renamed "Sinking Zone" to "Sunken Place", as it feels more appropriately ominous.
Special thanks to Waisse for helping me get started.
The game still requires Japanese Locale.
Recommendations:
Magpie - Software full upscaling the game as it runs to a proper full screen experience. Works great.
Cheat yourself lots of experience and money if you get tired of the grind, it's a bit obnoxious.

Thanks to Femdom Enjoyer, I'm back to tinkering with the game so it can be a more enjoyable experience. For instance, I recently coded a way to directly donate money in Shikimi's piggy bank (not present in Femdom Enjoyer version). Moreover, my goal is still to remove the need to cheat to progress.
I full cleared from starting over just fine in a normal play through with the old translation.

Yeah, I think some people overexaggerate when they talk about the required grinding for this game.
Nevertheless, it'd be fine if they just gave you a starting accesory that gives you +999 in all stats and a weapon that hits all enemies for people who don't want to engage with the battle system.

Im not sure how to download this version as there is only a 7-zip installer included in the file? Or am i just stupid?

Just downloaded the file to make sure, and the game was definitely inside for me. Do you have a program to unzip the file? That might be the issue.
Be careful! The file is supposed to be more than 200 MB, the installer isn't the correct one, I just hope that the installer wasn't a virus.
It seems the first press of download in anonfiles takes you to a completely different download with the same name. the second press gives the correct file. luckily no virus just a 7-zip installer and a bunch of promotional software.
