Make sure the patch is installed. You should see a girl in a silver dress on the left side of the main screen when you start the game, if you don't download and install the right patch for the version you are playing.

There are two separate patches to apply ("relation" and "flower"), which this mod does not provide. Get them from LewdPatcher (check in "Previous versions" there, since their site only shows one patch at a time). Once both of those are applied, THEN you add the files from this mod's optional folder to remain compatible with those patches.

I know this is probably too late to mention, but for Part 1 on Page 2 at the bottom, the threesome pool-side scene with the sisters, if you click that scene, the bedroom scene with Sakura is triggered instead

If you went to the lewdpatcher to install the incest pack, remove flower.rpa I think there's an issue with it. Someone needs to recreate that mod. I was having the same problem but since I remover the pack I said, it works fine.

try without the family patch on first boot, then make sure you have the correct patch
Part 2 - Flower patch crashes (Mac)
I finished part 1 with both patches an no issue, started part 2... And it crashed on opening, giving me a "limit_Harem doesn't exist" exception.
I found out where that came from: there is a spelling mistake in the def_function file. It calls "limit_Harem" when it wants to call "limit_harem". Somehow it only causes an issue with the Flower patch, otherwise it appeared to work fine (though I didn't try to advance in the game since I couldn't continue my save from part 1).
Copy elsewhere then decompress the script.rpa found in "game", then decompress the def_functions.rpyc into def_functions.rpy; open it, correct the mistake, and drop the file into the "game" folder.
I haven't gone far so I don't know if it causes other errors down the path but it does start the game the way it's supposed to.

Yeah, I tried it out and while the Shaddy Replay interface is there to launch the gallery, clicking it does nothing.
