VN Ren'Py Have the rules for publishing games changed?

I ask this because in this forum, not long ago, the games Proud Father and Thamar were banned for not having a patch and for having very young characters (lolis). Both games were deleted from the forum.
Subsequently, other similar games were forced to patch and/or modify their contents in order not to be deleted from the forum.

Currently two games:

Oh Daddy

and

At Home Again (AHA)

are still published on the web despite including lolis and not having a patch.

Have the rules changed?

Is the famous article 7 still valid?

Or do these two games have a special treatment from the forum staff?

As a curiosity, I will tell you that I have reported At Home Again and the report was immediately denied without any explanation.

F95 is the web?
I am fairly sure there is more to the internet than this site.
Generally on 3d lolis the site is fairly consistent in my experience and fine by me.

I might be way off the mark but seem to remember rule 7 only applying pre-puberty?
Judging by the thumbnails of AHA massive boobs = not loli

might be completely wrong though, just my 2 cents

Sure there are big boobs, but these aren't big boobs. You haven't played the game, you're just talking about what you've been told, man. If I say that there are lolis it is because there are. Another thing is that the staff doesn't want to see it, and neither do you.
And by the way, the thumbnails of the first post are from chapter 0.01, the game is on 0.05 and has changed completely, but that's not interesting to know.
And yes, you are completely wrong.
Fair enough then bud, was only a thought.
I'll leave you to your conversation.

Games go through a review process when reported, depending on how "bad" they are, some are deleted while others are kept (otherwise the loli tag wouldn't exist), depending on the staff's decision. Not sure if those games went through a review process already, or if the staff is not even aware of them ("At home again" doesn't even have loli tag, nor do the previews suggest it has loli content).

Not sure if reporting the thread is the right way to ask the staff to review them, or a ticket needs to be created... redknight00 can probably answer this.

For Oh Daddy, the developer has had previous conversations with staff to make sure their game is within proper development to follow the rules. The models who are in sexual situations in that game show post-pubescent bodies, not pre-pubescent which is a major factor for 3D art.
  1. You mentioned that you used the "REPORT" button for At Home Again and it was denied. Have you then followed up with an appeal by submitting a support ticket? Because that is the next step in the process.
  2. If you have done that, ignore the threads and move on. Posting your gripe here only invites the possibility of a flame war between the small handful of people who agree with you and a small handful of people who disagree. Some of those threads have ended up bad for the person who creates posts like this.
Also, if those two pictures are your opinion of violating Rule 7 - your posting of them would also violate Rule 7 by your definition. Shouldn't you, for posting them in the general thread, be banned as well?

For "At home again" I would start with a report to add the "loli" tag.
Also my thought. Then I guess that, due to this new tag, a mod or someone from the staff would take a look at it to see if it need to be discussed further or not.

There is one thing I don't know, can anyone from the forum request a tag for a game?
And what is the proper procedure to do so?
Personally, I don't mind lolis in games, what bothers me is that not all games are treated equally.
I have seen more than one injustice in this forum. And I have had comments deleted for saying so.

Yes, report the game thread and ask for the missing tag to be added/fixed.
Thanks for your help, but it is no longer needed.
The staff has deleted the At Home Again (AHA) thread. I guess this way they remove problems and don't have to explain to anyone the lack of equal treatment of some games to others.
It's a shame to use the power of the strong (staff) over the weak (devs & gamers) instead of explaining why things are done or not done. To each his own conscience, if he has one.

I doubt it is deleted, they probably saw your message with those screenshots, deleted it, then put the game under review for rule 7. It will either be approved like "Oh daddy" or removed for good.

I would bet a dollar that you are wrong. The uploader of At Home Again has not updated the images or tags in the first post they put up from AHA at any point, he put up the first post and did nothing else, he hasn't updated anything. And the game has changed the appearance of the MC and added lolis in all chapters starting from the first one. There is someone behind all this and I think I know who it is, but you shouldn't give importance to someone who doesn't deserve it.

You would lose that bet. You posted images here from the game. Your post with those images are now gone. Did you delete your own post?

Either way, your creation of this thread built awareness that there was loli content in a game that was not tagged as such and even shared images that showed the content could possibly be in violation of Rule 7. Your post attracted at least 3 active users, two of which are developers/modders. Your posts probably also attracted a staff member.

I'll be honest, I was very interested at first. This seemed like a very promising game, but turned out to not be my cup of tea. The MC seems to be a very nice person and I really like that. I was also enjoying the build up as the MC got close with his girls, but things didn't progress at all and he seemed almost like he was more asexual even though I know he is not. About near the end of this update, it felt more like a lesbian story then anything anything else so I check out. I'm not saying this is a bad game at all, but was just not for me by the end. Good luck with this game and keep up with the hard work!

Great recipe for how to chase off this site

Of course I didn't delete anything. It must have been a moderator.

I guess you haven't played AHA 0.05, if you had you wouldn't think it's a lesbian game. In any case, on Patreon as well as Subscribestar or itch.io the dev makes it very clear that At Home Again is not a "Quick fap game."

You: Why isn't AHA removed? It has loli, look! Is it given special treatment from the staff?
<thread is removed>
You: Why was Aha removed without explanation? Damn staff abusing their power.
