Please consider this is the patreon friendly release where Yuno HAD TO CHANGE it to be allowed on Patreon.
They are extremely strict and they will delete and ban openly incest content.
There is an incest patch in the Opening Post that does not alter what is there, it restores what had to be changed to the previous state.

This is a stupid argument, you should just let it go. Like back in the '90s when they released Mortal Kombat on Nintendo and there wasn't any blood - because of censorship. And that's what's happened here. You don't see the blood relationship the characters share because of censorship - on Patreon.
That "patch" just removes the censorship unfairly placed on the developer. They're related. Just accept it and move on. Quit listening to the "edited for radio" version.

It's not simple to prove you have right in one comment, especially when other side does not listening.....
In a few countries, like mine, sexual intercourse between brother and sister isn't forbidden. So patch or no patch, it doesn't matter. She's just Paris.
