You need to work twice (or thrice I forgot) for mom at her office to progress with her. Then you unlock the cunnilingus scene at night in her bedroom and then it unlocks Dad's workplace where Zuri is the secretary.
The gymnasium is unlocked since v0.1 it's outside of the school on the right side.

Go back into dad's office and replace it were you found it in the first place.

Those are the new Sara scenes from v0.3.
Just play the game, talk to Sara at home and school and do everything she says to you, buy her a vibrator, chat over webcam with her, got to the star gazing date, buy lube, etc.

You need to do them in the correct order

#1 on dad's desk THEN
#2 in dad's safe THEN
#3 after talking to dad

It's only possible to get 1 name per day.

You can only level up Sara at level 3, there's no new content for others.

Everybody knows them, there's a guide in the very first post of this thread with pictured locations, it's impossible to miss them.

No need to start over, your saves from 0.3 will be compatible with 0.4
