I think it depends on the version you are playing. From what I've found, it is usually (your install location)\OST_Game\Binaries\Win32\OST_Game-Win32-Shipping.exe

The Dev supposedly noted at one point that someone else had been handling the save functions for them in the earlier games, but then stopped doing that for them. That is why most of the later games no longer have working saves. But I think the most recent one "Blue is better 2" (still in development) has working saves again.
But the full Whorecraft series (all the episodes in Chap 1 and 2) have a working save system, tho it sometimes glitches. The save system doesn't seem to handle multiple save files that well, so limit yourself to 1 or 2 save slots. To save, look for the glowing, rotating runes that are scattered throughout the game and interact to save. You can load saves from anyplace in the game from the 'pause' menu.

While this thread is for a game called "Whorecraft", what you are asking about Is NOT this Whorecraft.
It could be a Skyrim mod called "World of Whorecraft" which is something completely unrelated. The latest version of that is version 1.4 and is located in Loverslabs at

Oh, it definitelly is! I did download and play these in the past after all! But for some reason I can´t deinstall that one version . . .
Dunno how to help you then. All the versions of this game that I've played have been from this forum and that they come in a zip that you unzip and it's ready to play from that resulting folder. No need for an installer. If it's an official one from way back in the day, try checking thechroniclesofalexstrasza.com ? Or try a google search. I also stated more information in my previous response than just "it is not this version". Did you try searching your hard drive for that listed file path?

If you have that filepath on your C: drive, then try the uninstall.exe there or just delete that DC folder if you've already deleted other associated files.

Hey, I'm having the same problem as the question asked before. The only .exe file that is present within the Win32 folder is UDK.exe. (CH 1 Ep 2+3 I currently downloaded). The instructions on the front page say to click on UDK and start playing but nothing happens even when I run as admin. Is there another program that I need to run this file?

A common issue with this series is that they store user data in the same location with the same formatting but it's not cross compatible. Look in <userid>/AppData/Local for a folder named OST_Game. (the path for a C drive for example would be "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local". You'll have to show hidden files and folders if you haven't done so already). If you find it in there (it will be either there or in Roaming under the same AppData folder) delete it. You'll have to do that every time you start a new title in the series.
I tried deleting that folder and at first nothing changed, but after restarting the files run fine including the new chapters I download. So I guess it's fixed. Thanks for the response.

Incredibly great game, but can someone do something about chapter 2 episode 3 Crash, i know its a driver issue but i have vega 8 igpu which isn't compatible with the specific driver version. Anyone?? Feelsbadman
