Following is a theory which came into my mind after just finishing the update (which I hope I am wrong about tbh):
- MC speaks with Cassandra, and she asks for him to help her with the Hunter program. MC refuses and hangs up.
- MC hangs up, speaks with June, she comes, but is unable to help.
- Cassandra calls MC again, MC, while still finding her contacting unpleasant asks whether Cassandara's company (TWRR iirc), can get more of Koko's special formula for him.
- Cassandra says she can, but lays her condition "You have to help me fix the Hunter program." (also given this is Cassandra, she'll likely say "You won't get any of the credit regarding Hunter" to MC)
- MC, in order to save Koko, agrees to her conditions.
Now, I'm no fan of Cassandra/Cassie, so while my heart says desperately "Please June, be able to revive Koko", my brain is telling me above theory could be a possibility (considering Cassie, as she says it herself in this update, is "backed into a corner", and I feel she will try to use every leverage she can against the MC).
I mean, for her it's either "figure out how to fix Hunter on her own" or "somehow get MC into helping her with Hunter", and I just don't see the former happening, and the latter, MC being forced into it feels much more natural than him doing it willingly, cause it continues her conflict with both MC & Kindra.

I finished Leap of Faith a month ago, chapter 6 where a DJ Kink hop on MC and kissed him then realize she made a mistake was confusing for me, then I just started playing Artemis yesterday, finally understood what that was about, the 2 devs used the same model for the MC, ha.Nice one

After all this time i realized that the robodog's name wasn't meant to follow the MC's name.
I always use Koko for the MC name and this has been so damn confusing....!
Sadly this update has been rather disappointing, no real story progression, few and underwhelming non-mc character
interactions, badass robodog turned into wolf that gives absolutely no hints of being a robot, kissing buddies...i understand
slow burn but this is just absurd, i don't really care about sex-scenes but if there had been any they could somewhat
compensate for the total lack of any substantial content

Hmm...this calls for a slut ranking.So far every girl I've encountered is either a slut or at the very least a vocal non-virgin. Are any of the girls normal or is bragging about other men/dicks a running theme because he's passive beta?

Cass has no redeeming qualities tbh, she is the only girl I hate. It would be great to take everything away from her and put her on the street knowing shes nothing and has nothing
Just played this. Was waiting for a 0.3 before playing. Good story and writing deserving of its current rating.
But a couple of WTFs:
The sound effects for the campfire, car engine, and ocean waves are not controlled by any of the volume sliders, so they are at full blast unless all sound is muted.
A bunch of over-achieving sorority sisters all talking "gangsta"... yeah, nah.
There are some long-ass un-skippable transitions.
When I saw the word "implement" spelled as "impliment" on like the 5th frame of the story, I thought I was in for another story written in "Engrish", but thankfully, it isn't.
But a couple of WTFs:

There's another little bug, tho:
When you go on a date with Zelda at the end of ch. 2, Paige asks you about the video she send you. Same question comes up at the end of the basketball scene when following condition is met: "if not ch2_paigeviddellie:". To work properly it has to be: "if not (ch2_paigeviddellie or ch2_paigeviddel or ch2_paigevidtruth):"

Something similar happened to me (I am also using the Walkthrough Mod). To get everything working fine (including the whole both Zelda and Kathy dates) I had to reload to when I could (thanks to the Mod) to date both.

Yes, agreed, we can say for now there's all the arguments to hate her to the fullest.
Either the explanation for her behavior will be one really convincing or she's really evil and in this case we can continue to hate her without remorse.
For now I'm on the "let's see what the explanation will be" phase, I don't want to judge her too fast, since the dev is showing us her struggles, she's not in the same category of the the other villains in the story at least for me.
We will see how the things will develop.
