Anyone know where you're supposed to go after beating the vampire?

You're supposed to head to the basement floor after having finished talking with the witch (she should be gone from the house at this point). This basement floor is accessed by heading into the shack to the left of the house, and going down the stairs all the way, passed the locked door, until you see a book on the floor. This book will teleport you to the next stage of the game upon interaction, back and fourth.
As far as I know, there are no way to get the parasite mushrooms after beating the big purple mushroom boss.

You need to beat more boss to advance into final dungeon, where you need to talk to witch (Lelouch is her name) to advance.
The myconium spore can be gotten at the same spot as that purple mushroom, on the ground.

His latest blog hint that he can graduate from PhD student into full time eroge maker by Feb 2023 if all is well, at least until he has better job I guess? Also funny a PhD student is actually a really good eroge maker 
BTW I notice there is LOT and LOT of content has been cut from the final game. Version 22/11/2021 has leftover image and map not used by the game at all. Though most are just variant of existing asset. Understandable as he said himself it is a rush job to make into end of November release after abandoning the project for a long time. Hope he get all the summer vacation time to properly make MQ3 as planned.

i beat and captured all the girls but in the "book dungeon" i dont know how to free the shota anyone know how to do it?
So I got the Rusty Tool, all the chemicals in the lab (alchemical catalyst, mediate magic catalyst, reducing agent), and I kinda get that I have to somehow use them on the Tool... But I'm completely stuck in how I'm supposed to do that. Can anyone help a bit?

Did you see the room next to the lab's room,try to get in there( you have to talk to the witch first as i remember) and find the book that helps you renew the Rusty tool. After that get back to the lab and renew the tool and use that tool to rescue the shota

Once you beat the normal elf, you need to talk with the witch so that she unlocks the next area (this is where those cat people are). Upon being unlocked, simply walk to the left of the house area to access this place
From there, you need to fight the costumed cat person boss. You will find her by walking further left and then by following signs leading to her. Upon her defeat, she will drop a key that will allow you to access a locked door within a cave in the dark forest area, leading you to the mushroom area.
*Note that there are a lot more bosses and enemies you can fight, though I'm not sure if they're required (like Undine and the Bee guardian). The benefits you get from fighting these people afaik is that you get crafting materials for amulets and access to new abilities

If I'm remembering correctly, you need to find a book that would teach you how to combine the ingredients. Finding this book works in a similar fashion to finding that initial lockpicking book.
The area for where this book can be found is through the door opposite to where the lab room was located in that room with where the witch is. In other words, the left-side door. I'm pretty sure this book actually reveals its location through a flash periodically, so keep your eyes out for it when venturing this room.
On a different note, if I'm understanding your situation correctly, you're currently looking at the wrong book if it's the one within a cage prison. This, when unlocked, will allow you to recover your hp upon interaction in a similar manner to the bathrooms. But is not what you're looking for in regards to the rusty tool

From my experience, you certainly can, but not early in the game. Capturing bosses or tough enemies generally require higher-tiered pills. Higher-tiered pills are unlocked as you progress through the game.
I tend to fail capturing bosses and tough enemies (like the elves, water spirit, mushroom boss, etc.) with Tier 1-2 pills, but succeeded after a couple tries with Tier 3 pills.
I see, thanks. So i need create a new save game because i didnt trigger any scene/action with the elf.
