Thats because the percentage doesn't reflect on the remaining time before release. This is something of a running misconception. It shows the state of completition, which isn't helpful for fans, like if he wanted to add 20 things and he is done with 19, that remaining 1 might as well take as much time to finish as the the rest combined in terms of time. Thats why it is so misleading.

Can someone help? I keep seeing that I need to be outside to use the map, but no matter what time I go outside it won't let me use it. I've tried making a new save 3 times, and I can't find anything about this problem. Anyone know how to fix?

My guess is that it's hard for those people to type with one hand, so while they are furiously wanking away, grunting in front of their screen, all they are able to type is: "walkthrough" "save game?" and "next version when!"

Of course it could (and often did) estimate wrong. And so, yeah, those "progress bars" were essentially meaningless and basically just a cheap way to placate angry users from throwing tantrums because they thought their computers had stopped working entirely.

Exactly. I consider such progression bars totally meaningless except for the very reason you just described. I myself prefer the approach that i've seen in summertime saga i guess.. where we have a little list that needs/planned to be done before release and points on that list each get a bar that gets filled when its done. Its way more accurate.

Somewhat yes? Lots of Linda progression, less Caroline progression, in terms of actual lewd scenes and the introduction of a new character (to an unknown degree) and probably some story progression overall. Visiting our Aunt perhaps? Maybe we can enter Celia's home as well? I'd be surpised if there wouldn't be some little progression in school as well.
