You can only save at the start of each day, on a save spot in your room. Finish day 1 and you'll see it.

You can save at the beginning of each day, before you leave your room. Near the bottom of the screen there's a save point you stand on to save.

You can only save at the beginning of each day before you leave your room. There should be a save point flashing in the bottom left of the room.

I got the threesome ending at 98% completion. I'm guessing the missing content are the 1:1 scenes with just Mom and just Sis after moving into the condo if you focus on one or the other?
